The add-on
Advanced security — for tenants with Microsoft E5 or Entra ID P2.
Read which accounts Microsoft considers at risk, who can activate an admin role through Privileged Identity Management, and run Stepix's read-only hunting queries over Defender's advanced hunting data. Read-only, and the consent behind the Advanced security add-on. The data comes from Microsoft’s own premium licences, so a client needs those licences as well as the add-on — Stepix says which of the two is missing whenever a screen cannot show something.
